UGH SO BORED!!!
There is nothing to do in this city when you have no friends and no more museums to see. I've seen them all. even the dinky stupid churches and the little crappy 5$ museums.
All I have left to do is wait for London and see if I can get on a train that goes through the Chunnel thing... I think the only think that could make it more cool is if it had a sweet name. how clever a name is that - a tunnel under the channel... what should we call it? A CHUNNEL! Brilliant!
idiots. Please rename it the Beatles Bridge or something cool.
At any rate I have to take it and its gonna be pretty cool, because its still a tunnel under the channel.
london is pretty sweet. was my fav city for a while... until i realized it cost twice as much as every other city, then its cool factor was decreased by half. so now its only the tenth coolest city in the world. Maybe if I start earning Euros and its only 66% more expensive that my city, it will become number 7.
But still, coolest cities I've seen - Zanzibar's Stone Town Hoi An, Vietnam Washington D.C., USA Mombasa/Lamu, Kenya Paris, France New York City, USA St. Petersburg, Russia Rome, Italy Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam London, England
Cool points are awarded for cheapness, ease of navigation, food quality, cleanliness, super sweet specialties of the region, architecture and things to do.
What do you all think? Make a list and keep me entertained.

YAY nana is not in the hospital anymore!
don't go back nana. I'm surprised you didn't say quebec or nice or venice or anything. I am shocked nana thinks so many US cities are the best.
Not surprised by Aunt Donna's love for the British Isles. Maybe slightly surprised nothing in Maine made the list of coolest cities.

Hey Aly, I'm sitting with Nana in the hospital and they have wifi so that's where we wrote from yesterday and where we are today. I do love Maine & New Hampshire but not necessarily the city's there. It's the lakes, rivers mountains and forest that are the appeal. Nana tells me she chatted with you today from Paris. I hope your journey to London goes smoothly. And on to Mombassa!
Nana says she is going to study geography to increase her list of cities.
I'm working on a graduation cake for a friend who likes penguins. I know penguins have a reputation for looking like they are wearing tuxedos but if you put a mortarboard on them, they look like they are wearing graduation robes! I'm glad she doesn't like koala bears, it would have been much harder to do a graduation cake. So, I still want to do a cake for you when you float through the states at some point. I have a few ideas and you can give me more!?!?!?!?!?!?
Well, I'd better get back to paying attention to Nana. Who says she doesn't need any attention.
Love, Aunt Donna
